Technologies that are found by Capital to be defective in manufacture or packaging shall
be replaced. Except for such replacement, products are sold without warranty or liability

Under no condition shall liability exceed the value of defective product. Products
returned for replacement must be returned within one year of original purchase by original
purchaser with receipt indicating date of purchase and item returned. Before returning any
item you must obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number.

and or price is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
make changes or improvements in materials, processes, technical specifications, or other
aspects of products or services that we determine are acceptable or required for whatever
reason Capital deems appropriate, at any time without prior notice.
Products produced or sold by Capital Advanced Technologies, Inc. are not designed,
authorized, warranted, or intended to be used in any life support or mission critical
application that could involve potential risks of death or personal injury, or substantial
property or environmental damage. At no time shall any use be authorized by Capital
